The Gottesman Libraries Dedication

The Gottesman Libraries, one year after the groundbreaking ceremony, were dedicated at a ribbon-cutting ceremony on November 4. A crowd of TC students, faculty and staff lined the Main Hall corridor just outside the entrance to the Libraries as donors Ruth and Sandy Gottesman made the commemoration official.
For decades the TC library has contained the world's largest and richest collection of materials on the educating professions, it now has a new, state-of-the-art home. TC alumna Ruth Gottesman (pictured) thanked everyone involved in the project. "My connections to TC have enhanced and enriched my life.  I wanted to give back to TC and my husband has made it possible for both of us.  May all of us begin to enjoy the library of tomorrow, right now, today."
