T.C. Takes Second in U.S. News Rankings

TC has placed second in the 2006 U.S.News & World Report rankings for graduate schools of education. With an overall score of 98 out of 100, the College received a peer assessment score of 4.3 out of 5.0 and a superintendent assessment score of 4.7 out of 5.0, tying with Harvard (which placed first). Of the top 50 schools, TC had the highest amount of funded research dollars for 2005 and granted the most Ph.D.s and Ed.D.s in 2004-2005 (211).

TC was noted as having had the highest enrollment in graduate teaching programs (1,602) for 2005.
