Luis Huerta Discusses Regulation of Home Schooling in California

TC faculty member Luis Huerta recently appeared on "Which Way, LA?", a radio program on KCRW-NPR in Los Angeles, to comment on a state appellate court ruling that, for the first time, could subject the practice of home schooling in California to state regulation.
