TC Grad, Dodging NYC Layoffs, Defers Law School to Continue Teaching

Juhyung Harold Lee put off law school at Berkeley to return to teaching at P.S. 124 in Chinatown. Lee, a 2008 master's degree recipient, told WNYC that he chose TC over an "alternative (and less expensive) route to certification, like Teach for America, because he wanted more time to learn his craft."
