Pallas on NPR: Optional SAT is "Sensible," Especially for Colleges Seeking Diversity

An SAT or ACT score won't necessarily predict how a student will perform in college. "Moving those test scores out of the way and focusing on the things that may, in fact, be more predictive of a good outcome is a sensible thing to do, and especially so for institutions that are concerned about the diversity of their students," said Aaron Pallas in an interview on National Public Radio.
